Hi :)

so I'm in the 11th grade and I was just wondering what the chances are of me getting in to irvine when I apply in the fall....
Ok, here's my stuff:
GPA is between 3.5 and 3.6 (yeah I know :p)
I'm taking ap physics, ap English, math analysis honors, my third year of Spanish, orchestra and regular us history. I've been in my orchestra for my whole high school life, participated in the pit orchestra for our school musical, held an officer position in my class (secretary) this year, and next year I am going to be concertmaster. And I take private lessons and all that so yeah... Been doing that for 8 or 9 years. I was on the YMCA swim team my freshman and sophomore years, had to stop because of financial/health issues. I was the publicist of the American cancer society club at my school in my sophomore year, and I was an active member of the academy of science and medicine at my school in my sophomore year (had to stop that because of scheduling issues between orchestra rehearsals and academy meetings/extra classes/etc.). I have a certificate of merit from the state of California saying I've reached level 9 of their merit program (there are only 10 or 11 levels) and I have tons (300+) of community service hours (free violin lessons to neighbors). Yeah I know, I haven't done way too much in my life and I'm not very well rounded. Next year I'm going to be taking ap calculus, ap physics c, orchestra, regular English, and regular gov/Econ and I'm going to be taking a music theory class in my local community college.

I haven't gotten my sat scores back yet but judging by my PSAT scores and practice test scores I should be getting somewhere between a 2100 and a 2200, and I'm going to be taking my sat2s in math level 2 and physics (pretty sure I'll get an 800 on physics.). Oh, and I'm also going to be joining our school's robotics team next year (physics department.).

Anyway, I want to major in either biomedical engineering or aerospace engineering. And I know it's totally far fetched with my lack of awesome gpa and extracurriculars and all, but do you think I have a chance of getting in? And how high is that chance? please be thorough and informative, I really want to know... hopefully my sat scores compensate.... :/

Thank you!!!!!
