@humbleteen You don’t apply for Regents at UCLA. You are invited as a finalist. There’s no application you have to submit in advance. Only Davis makes you apply in advance to even be considered. That’s what I’m talking about. Not essays, not interviews. UCLA chooses finalists from the main application.

Congrats to all the Regents! Way to go!
isaganilagundino - First congratulations with your acceptance and Regents! When did you receive the acceptance? Did you receive an email first telling you to check your portal? It looks like Regents are finding out today. I keep checking but nothing yet. The waiting is so hard. . .
Lindy,
you are right. My bad about UCLA regents. Wrong choice of words from my side. I meant to say UCLA invites a select group of top applicants to compete for the Regents. You do have to write an essay and upload a reco letter.
BTW, for UC Davis, they sent me a link to upload a recommendation letter from academic or non-academic staff for Regents scholarship. They said they will let me know by mid-April.
&believer2: I found out today at around 3. I didn’t receive an email, but checked my UCI account. Good luck with everything and I hope you get into the school that best fits you.
I did not get any email. But, I checked the portal and saw the acceptance.
Got accepted with regents
It’s funny cause I checked it with my small iPhone and couldn’t make out whether I had Regents.
I thought I did not get it until I checked again later
checked around 5
Some basic stats

Good luck @humbleteen on the Davis Regents. They give a lot. I think it’s like $7000 a year, but I’m just saying this off the top of my head.
Does anyone know if regents is rolling admission? I wonder if all the ones for psych are out already :-/
@giraffinyoucrazy I get you’re nervous but CHILL dude. You’re repeating yourself over and over again.
Hi everyone!
I was actually accepted with Regents on March 13th, but didn’t get the chance to post my stats till now. I was notified via email really early that morning. Glad to hear that there have been so many recent acceptances, especially those who received Regents Scholarships as well! Congrats everyone!

Lindy,
Thank you. I have hear that too that UCD gives a generous Regents scholarship. I know a cousin who got 30K for four years (Freshman).

Hopefully TAG students are next after Regents.
