I have a feeling we are getting significantly more stressed (seeing as we have like 20 pages of us waiting until 5:30 everyday) because we’re all stuck at home with nothing else to think about :-/ So I hope everybody is taking care of themselves not just physically but mentally as well!

Been talking to a few of my buddies that go to UCI and most spoke about how ill informed they are most of the time too. Guess UCI just has a bad habit of being slow and quiet.
At this point im over checking the portal. All I do now is click on this thread occasionally at 5pm every day and see if there are any updates. Ive lost all my excitement and hope to be honest LOL.
I think I’m just going to wait to receive the email notification tbh

I just utilized the live chat feature to inquire about the delay (if any), this is what they said:
Admission decisions will not be affected by COVID-19. For a Transfer applicant, an admission decision will be posted in your applicant portal by April 30. TAG and H2H applicants should expect a decision shortly

I just utilized the live chat as well. I asked them “it is possible to be today?”, and they replied that "Of course! Please continue to check you email for any updates regarding an update to your portal. "

just asked and they said they will be releasing decisions for TAG students on a rolling basis and can take up until April 30th
Finally broke down and created an account. I have been following along for the past few months and am dying to find out just like all of you. I submitted a TAG to UCI as an English major and applied for UCR, UCLA, and UCSD. Haven’t heard back from anyone yet… this quarantine has made the wait unbearable.
Trying not to get my hopes up for today but it is pretty difficult not to.
So much for early April then for TAG applicants
