<p>You should ask this in the UC Transfers sub-forum, but yes, only two years of foreign language from high school fulfills IGETC.</p>

<p>one 100% right on that one buddy, I wasn't aware my 3 yrs in h.s. would count. I hated that french class so badly too.</p>
