UC Merced has started to post their admits now
I got guaranteed for elc so i figured i should apply
and yea
its def on now
so…yea i guess thats cool

<p>I live in Merced. If anyone wants to move here, he's not really done his research. It's got air almost as bad as LA, (the city Fresno an hour from here has the worst air in the nation) the crime is porportionally great, and there's nothing cultural of worth.</p>
<p>Pretty much everything they've added because of the UC are Stone Cold Ice Cream and Barnes and Noble. </p>
<p>The man-made lake it was built near to is a dump.</p>
<p>Unless you're really into Hmong culture or something and being somewhere in between Yosemite and Monterey, then I would suggest not living here.</p>
<p>I got admitted to ucla(Engg.) but merced is still pending.</p>
