<p>i have determined to be a nonresident for tuition purposes…
however, i also received the application and affidavit for nonresident tuition exemption…(from uci, in which i submitted sir)
it basically says that even though i would be classified as nonresident, i would be exempt from paying non-resident tuition and fee…</p>
<p>so my question is this:
do they just select few people or do they select most of people who apply for it???</p>
<p>it asks if i attended cali high for more than 3 years, if i graduated from cali school, and if i am not a non-immigrant alien…</p>
