<p>Even if there is nothing standing in Edley’s way, it would still take years to plan and execute such an ambitious project. I can’t imagine the UCs get anything off the ground for less than 5 years and I would say 10 years is probably more realistic. Assuming the project doesn’t die somewhere along the line.</p>
<p>i agree with ms. sun. there’s really no need to get worked up about any of this right now. waaaaay too soon.</p>
