UC Personal Statement mistake

Hello everyone. I am applying to all of the UCs for fall 2015. I had a question and wanted some feedback. I accidently switched my personal statements around and submitted them. I submitted personal statement #1 as #2 and #2 as #1. Also, in one of my personal statements there are formatting errors. I have question marks at the front of three paragraphs. I was wondering if this really hurts my chances of getting into a school like Berkley Haas or UCLA's biz econ program. On the other hand I am a 4.0 student and in honors and have great extra currics... PLEASE HELP!

You can email them to see if they can switch it for you. But as long as if they read your essays and can easily tell that you switched them you should also be fine. This mistake probably won’t be the sole reason if you get rejected but it does show that you have a careless side. However, keep in mind that over the years, many over-stressed seniors have done this so it will not be a huge deal. Contact admissions and see if they can flip them back for you. Good luck.

Okay thank you! Yeah I emailed them so hopefully it doesn’t hurt too much because I’m transferring from a cc and worked hard for my straight As lol
