<p>I want to go to a tier one law school and want to go to a UC but still get a high GPA. I have pretty much narrowed down my choices to UCI or UCLA as a political science major. Would it be easier to pull a higher poli sci GPA at UCI than at UCLA?</p>

<p>The real question is what campus environment will allow you to buckle down and concentrate? If it's more the commuter school environment of UCI, go to UCI...but don't go to UCI if you think you'd be happier at UCLA - that will distract you from your studies knowing you made the wrong choice.</p>
