In western China, the average education level is elementary school. This problem wasnt cause by high tuition; I found out that the real reason was no teacher want to stay there to take the low salary. When I was eighteen, I went to Tibet alone. One night I met a woman, she invited me to stay at her home overnight. After I introduce myself that I came from Hong Kong, they beg me to stay some more days to teach in their school. Then I became a teacher for 20 kids during the summer when I was eighteen. This was a valuable experience that taught me the importance of patience, organization and communication. Also this was an unpaid job, but Im happy to share my knowledge to help our new generation. Since this time, I started teaching English in different area during every summer time. I learned that It is more bless to give than to receive。

Moreover, I am confident and brave. As a member of the debate team, I was sent to a lot of large formal debating contest. Sometimes I need to face more than hundreds audience. I remember the first time I speak, my hands and legs were spontaneously shaking. But I knew what my goal was; I need to convince the judges. Then I took a deep breath and started my speech. After all, I got the best debater in this contest. I realized that nothing can terrify me, unless I am not confident and brave enough.

Im also a religious man and I am a group leader in church. Every Friday, we stay together to share our life and pray to God. When some of our members are facing big problems in life, Im the one who organize the pray and take care of them. When the problems are solved, we all feel happy for them. I believe in God, because there is full of love in church. They love those people doesnt have any relationship with them. They give support, they help and they love each other. I believe this is the way what human being should be, and I learned some leadership skill from this experience as well.
