<p>I see a lot of people on CC saying that being a first generation college student is a significant factor in acceptance (which I am) but I don’t remember the UC application ever asking that question?</p>

can count a lot for UC admissions … set off as much as 1000 points
in your SAT score totals or one full grade point (1.0)</p>
<p>That’s what I was worried about!
I am a first gen college student but I left the family data part blank!
