Judging by all of the previous posts, there seems to be a general trend of activity by UCR at midnight every night. The first night at midnight the admissions letter changed, the second night at midnight it went back to the old message, the third night at midnight the admitted people got the spotlight banners and the four notifications, and the fourth night at midnight those people with the spotlight banners and four notifications got official acceptances. I think it’s possible that the system updates at midnight every night. Maybe it might not be like this throughout the admissions process but for now it’s the only observable trend. Let’s hope there’s some sort of update tonight at midnight.

@TayDee Pretty much finished everything, needed like 1 CS class, but will have everything else done.
Does anybody know if certain majors are sent acceptance/rejection letters first? I’m a computer science major, and I’m losing my mind here waiting for any updates. I’ve been checking every 10 minutes since March 1st

It’s all random ! LOL
They accept from March 1 all the way to April 30. So some people might even get notified late March or sometime in April.
I will have an anxiety attack if I have to wait until April
