How do we check the admission status again? Is it on the My UCR portal? Cause I don’t see anything.

Waiting as well ! Still pending, waiting feels like forever! I feel like many transfers haven’t gotten acceptance letter yet. My friend who transfered there last year got it late like in April !! So There might be a chance we have a long way to go.
Waiting is such a pain!

@NewSocio you need the equivalents of introduction to cell and molecular biology, introduction to organismal biology, and introduction to evolution and ecology. I know for one of my ccs, it was a mix of organismal, evolution, and ecology for one class and you do spend quite a bit of time learning about plants.

I was wondering why my UCR portal only shows two tabs. My friend has more tabs that show announcements and messages.

From my college, GWC, to UCR.
For Neuroscience
, you only have to complete a sequence of calc 1 and 2 and at least one sequence from:
-Chemistry 1A-B-C and 1LA-1LB-1LC
-Biology 5A/5LA and 5B (and Biology 5C, if articulated)
-Physics 2A-2B-2C/2LA-2LB-2LC or 40A-40B-40C
So, if you are a GWC student and only missing Botany, which is one of the classes that completes the Biology 5B…
you will still be considered qualified for the requirements.
However you’ll still have to take Biology 5B once you transfer to ucr, which includes Botany + Zoology.

Dang really? How do you link your portal to the application. I created the portal that’s all I did.
I think once you apply for UCR portal and enter your UC application ID, then they already have “link” your uc app to their system… lol.
other than that, I have no idea.
This is really worrying me lol. How am I suppose to check my status when I only have two tabs. I go on GROWL and it says I’m not eligible to SIR yet so I know I wasn’t admitted yet. I never had all those tabs when I made it initially.
@MapleMire what the heck? Email them, and ask why you only have 2 tabs originally. … because I have 7 tabs… excluding the “how do I?” Tab
Bummer. I read last years transfer thread and most people with two tabs got denied. Oh well lol
