@Gumbymom i still havent heard from ucr which makes me more anxious…i only applied to sjsu and calpoly.
I’m scared because I still haven’t got accepted yet and I feel like almost everyone has 
when you get accepted/rejected do they email you or do you just have to check the portal?
@college2345 when i was accepted, i received an email.
@college 2345: Unless you receive an official rejection, you are still in the running. Be sure to check your spam folder and your portal to make sure you haven’t missed any emails.

I got rejected to UCSC too :(. I havent heard from UCR hoping for the best!
Congrats DPatt, I saw you got accepted to UCSC on the the UCSC thread!
Just a question. How do I check my application status on UCR because for UCSC you you have to go to the main menu and then click on the application status. UCR doesn;t ahve that option though

About your application status, when you sign into myucr, it will show your acceptance on the main page. When you get accepted, you will know. Remain hopeful; even if you don’t get into the college of your choice straight out of high school, keep working hard and maybe you will be attending Harvard two years from now.

Hi, I’m still waiting on UCR’s (mathematics major) decision… It’s already late march and I figured if I don’t hear by now… I’m prob not going to get accepted:/ I’ve already been rejected by five schools(UCD,UCSC,UCSD, CSULB, CSUF) I had 3.8 W & 1280 SAT…16 ACT… Had decent Ec’s… I’m really worried that I’ll be denied from all the schools I applied to…
Has anyone got rejected to UCR? and if you did do they email you to check your portal or do you just have to constantly check it?
I still have not heard anything from ucr and I’m pretty sure I’m getting rejected. I had a 3.4 UC gpa and 1370 SAT scores. I had over 300 hours of community service and I have been in ASB 2 years and I am currently senior class Vice President. I’ve been in numerous clubs and varsity sports. I have received principles honor roll evey year of high school. Do I still have a chance or are my stats too low? I applied as a Chicano studies major. Has anyone with that same major heard anything from ucr?

I am worried sick. I check every day, every hour. I applied as a pre business major with a 3.37 gpa and 23 act score with loads of EC including community service and leadership. I wrote my essay on challenges of ADHD. Will I get in or am I waiting for rejection?
@worriedocollege & @sc4589 don’t worry UCR is still sending out admission decisions (acceptances), just stay positive

when you guys logged on to the portal , for your announcements did it say schedule a campus tour even though you aren’t admitted?
I was accepted back in January but I have really low sat scores lol. 1560 gpa 4.09 took 5 AP’s. ec like crazy pretty much became an occupation. I taught kids in the sport I did. and strong essay. Business major btw.
