Good luck to everyone!

Who among you never got the acceptance package via regular mail? I never received anything.

@visitnajr The date you get accepted isn’t based on your application stats, it seems to be random.

I got into Bio on the first day with a 3.0 and without physics.

Gah! Still waiting. twiddles thumbs

I’m still waiting… 3.0 GPA and missing one pre req…

I got accepted on the first batch and still haven’t received my admissions acceptance package via mail!
HOWEVER, today, I just received a postcard from UCR saying “thank you for your SIR” (I SIR’d with them already)
I want my acceptance letter/package though! :((((
I’m going to call tomorrow…

i got accepted first day and haven’t received my acceptance package. How many of you guys that got accepted are planning on enrolling?

^ I SIR’d already. applied for housing :-)

I was wondering, I receive a D in my calc class 2012 fall semester but I’m retaking it now, would that jeopardize my admittance?

I think I read somewhere that it takes 3ish weeks to get the admission packet after you’ve been accepted, so don’t sweat it it’ll come soon!

I want to SIR already but I want to wait until I hear back from Irvine first where are you guys planning to live? I don’t want to dorm because it’s super expensive for what it is…

@ktran92 – It might… hopefully you reported that honestly during the update in January. However, if you said you’re planning on retaking it on that report then maybe they’ll recognize that and accept you with a contingency that you pass that class.

@krackalacka the dorms are expensive and they’re old and have problems (lothian) however, I would dorm just for the experience.
if I don’t get my 1st choice in apartments (glen mor), then I’m going to dorm at Pentland hills because they have a hall themed for transfers and they’re suite-style :)

Aah but glen mor and pentland are still so expensive yes i would love to have the experience but since my family doesn’t qualify for any aid and my sister is going to college as soon as i graduate, we need to go with more affordable options… plus i don’t really want to dorm anyway -_-

I’m thinking ill attempt to get an on-campus apartment (but from what i hear it’s pretty much impossible at this point), but if that doesn’t work out i’ll try for off-campus things…
