my stats are pretty awful but i had a decent enough explanation for that in my essays… i figure you never know until you try i’m super excited about getting in to Riverside but we’ll see what happens with other schools, even though i’m not expecting much haha. How about you, did you apply anywhere else?</p>

<p>Congrats to everyone who got accepted! Unfortunately, I did not get a decision yet. This is what I got: “We have received over 40,000 applications from students who want to make UC Riverside their campus of choice! Our admission counselors are working as quickly as possible (and drinking a lot of coffee to stay awake and work on your application) to review and assess your application and want you to know that as soon as possible your admission decision will be posted”</p>
<p>@mental2 i’m a girl haha (i’m thinking that may have been in my favor when they were reviewing my app -_-) but yes my IGETC and prereqs are all done :)</p>

<p>your UC GPA can be lower or higher depending on what grades you earned for your non-transferable classes.</p>
<p>@nova Non-transferable classes do not count towards your GPA. Did you mess up and put the wrong grade?</p>
<p>@nova did you send your transcript to UCR? You were only supposed to put the grades from transferable classes onto the UC app site.</p>
