Major: History
GPA:3.2

I was notified of acceptance via email at about 6:30 this evening, but there have been no changes to myucr.

Oh yeah, Physics - 3.95. No TAG.

do they send you an email or do you have to check their website for acceptance?

In my case, I received an email saying I’ve been accepted but it doesn’t say I got in on the website. I don’t know if that’s usually how it is, though.

That’s odd, I got accepted the first batch and I just received an email today -_-

Yeah PurrOnYou, it’s a great sign. That sounds like the Alum Re-Entry scholarship, which is merit based (strong academic performance even after a break). If you meet the qualifications for the merit based scholarship, sounds like you’re in.

@visitnajr: Talk about cutting it close… Thankfully you got it in.

I don’t think thats the case, btw, but I am not sure.

Yeah I doubt that’s the case, apparently the UCs add about 15 minutes to the midnight deadline to make sure people still get it in… I submitted my app 3 days before the deadline so I doubt it has anything to do with when it was turned in.

Last night 6:30 pm

History Major

I got in 3.8 GPA, in Environmental science. What is funny is a majority of the prereqs for this major at UCR I did not have, but UCSB I do (Haven’t found out yet). Really strange. I do have my IGETC done
