I didn’t apply to UCR but I keep coming back to this thread just to check to see if @Countchocula25 hears back.
I’m a sociology major, and I still haven’t heard back. The Uc and csu system is always disorganized with acceptances.

UCR was my #1 choice and I’ve already filed SIR.

Does anyone know how strict UCR is on prereqs? I only have 5/7 completed , and I’ll be transferring in as a computer science major (Bourns School of Engineering).
no one in my research methods class has received anything either. Relieves the stress a bit.

i have been searching social media for people who share their acceptance letters. most seemed to be for CHASS
Im kind of panicking because i received a notification that i was waitlisted a week before admissions date. But the information said i was waitlisted for fall 2015. i called first thing this week and they said it was an error and the waitlist decisions were sent out randomly. according to the transfer department, everything was cleared and i had nothing to worry about. but im still worrying to death.
LOLOLOL wait listed before admission decisions? That’s cray cray. Definitely just a glitch. Did you apply last year? Would make sense if you did
If anyone is curious to see if they got in, and is having problems with their congrats message, you can go to the my documents tab and click the growl link on the right, once you click the link you can see if you can SIR. If it says it is unavailable, they probably haven’t made a decision yet.

Well whatever the case, I’m sure as they said it was just some mistake on their part.
When do you think the portal gets updated? Midnight every night?
