UC Riverside vs Chapman

Got accepted to both UC Riverside and Chapman. Any opinions? I really don't have a preference. I'm a statistics major at Riverside and a math major at Chapman.

Riverside… but that’s just me.

chapman… i know someone who went to riverside then transferred to chapman and was way happier

riverside blows nuts basically

i actually heard chapman was pretty cool. can’t say ive heard that about ucr though

Thanks for the opinions. Two for riverside and two against.

i think my vote counts for more than one because…well, im beowulf.

haha. i wanted to go to chapman right out of high school. it’s a lovely school. jane said it’s affiliated with the church of christ; however, it really doesn’t seem like it. if you visited, you probably wouldn’t even notice.

Well if money is an issue it looks like Chapman will cost a lot more, just something to think about.

Do you have to take any religion classes at Chapman?

Part of the reason why I left St. John’s.

I don’t think you have to take religion classes.

My friend just graduated from Chapman film school and said that Chapman was absolutely amazing… He said that their equipment is top notch. The library is amazing and there are rooms w/ projectors / computers that will blow you away. The projects he had to do were pretty rigorous. He is very happy with his education. He took one class on Islamic or world religion but I’m pretty sure it was a GE and it was just one of the options. He never took any bible classes. Good luck!@
