UCSD admits into the University first and then into the major first choice, alternate major or Undeclared.

Yeh, early admitted last month with merit, it is a regular round though.
anything on ucla yet?
isnt this crazy how they do this? We’re all crapping out pants. Why can’t they just let us know correctly. UGH.

No acceptances yet- strange

Some people are saying their waitlist decision is no longer there

Noone got off the waitlist last year, so it was a rejection for us. 
I think you just pick the acceptance you’d be happiest with and back out (surrendering fees) if you accept coming off a waitlist somewhere else.

So if one was waitlisted, would that imply that there were not immediately qualified for either first-choice or alternate major? They were waitlisted at the university level?
