I got admitted to UCSD Econ with Calc 1, and Calc 2 completed. Calc 3 is IP.
So, as long as you complete teh series before spring 2015, you are OK

Hello guys, I have a question about the last semester grade. So, since I have more than 60 units, I’m taking only one class this semester, a science class with lab, which is 4 units. This class is just so hard and I guess I’m gonna get either B or C, and I heard that If an admitted student’s SEMESTER GPA is lower than 3.0, that student’s admission will be rescinded. Did you actually see any of your friends’ admissions got revoked? and if I got C on my last class/semester (which is 2.0 semester GPA) means I have no chance to go to UC schools?

Have any of you guys clicked on the housing? It’s telling me that I can’t proceed because of my admission status. It wasn’t like that before. Was I rejected? /sobs

Do you know when the results will come out? I was told it was supposed to come out today?
I am a transferring student from CC and my result came out on march 15th! I got admission package the next day. My major is international studies- sociology with 3.91 GPA ! I wonder why mine came out so soon when literally no one around me got their result from UCSD…
I have heard that if you have a very high gpa or you have a low income bracket the results come out first?

And I got the same housing notification too…
they changed the housing status a while ago (like 1 and a half weeks). everyone that didn’t get admitted has the same thing so far! so i wouldn’t worry u guys

I’ve had that message for a while too. Nothing new.
My housing page also says that. I do not believe its anything to be concerned about.
The ucsd system currently says “system unavailable” hopefully this means a decision will be posted!

it’s bc they shut down the housing page after 12 everyday. it’ll resume back at 7. but based off of two years ago, we might be getting some of our admissions on april 3rd!

Counselor. She wasn’t saying as a fact though. Just sort of said it in the passing.
@kmariel Also, based on observation of this thread, it seems the only applicants who have been admitted so far have ~3.9 GPAs or are part of U-Link (program for lower income students). By the way, yhat is not to say those who have one/both these statuses should’ve gotten an acceptance already.
Ok so I’m really anticipating an acceptance status.
My breakdown
Transfer student w/ 61 credits from a California Community College.
3.81 GPA with a completed AA with honors.
Physically disabled female veteran student; 6 years of active duty service.
With 2 deployments under my belt (true community/ national service)
Where’s my letter? I literally hit every bracket. I bet they can’t say it out loud but, my 9/11 GI bill literally means the government will pay them to let me go to school there
