Probably we all got the same message and it doesn’t mean anything.
If it were, how could we be sure that’s a good sign? it could be a bad sign.
Why don’t we just hope the decisions come out soon

At least it says mid to late March! That gives us at least a better time frame than Mid March to May 1st, haha. Oh the anxiety.
Decisions probably come out sunday but lets do this. If the people with 4.0 are getting the late march housing message we can assume good things, maybe.

Pretty nervous about UCSD 
I was able to speak with a UCSD representative at my CC earlier today. There will be three batches of admission decisions: First batch starts tomorrow (March 13), second batch comes late March or early April, and third batch comes mid to late April. Expect about three weeks between each release. If you’re engineering expect a decision to come in April.

And here i was thinking UCSB would’ve been my 1st UC decision haha.
well if i’m in the first batch that is.
But whether or not i get into ucsd really doesn’t bother me too much…i applied just to see if i could get in. If i do get in i’ll go and visit and see whats up in SD. But if i get rejected, totally no hard feelings here since UCSD isn’t personally my 1st choice.

@kyle2015 I believe so, the rep was an admissions officer for UCSD and he was quite confident that decisions for freshmen would end today and transfers would begin tomorrow.

@jhern17 Well, it is now officially march the 13th friday, so we’ll see if anyone in this thread receives a UCSD decision later on today.
As for me, i’ll check back here later on around 3pm to see if anyone has been accepted.

My son got a call today(as matter fact, UCSD called him twice earlier, but he wasn’t at home), the lady from admissions told him the good news that he was accepted!
