March 22, 2022.
Doesn’t look like my kid got the email. Was it sent today?
Yes. Check spam/promotions folder or sometimes email comes later. Sent in batches
I’m betting Tuesday, 3/15.
Thanks, but not in spam. Maybe later?
D got this. As much as we would all like hints, this is simply informational material. If you didn’t get it check spam — but don’t be worried.
It looks like no Chancellor’s reception and not even a few early admits like they did last year. Question now is whether they will send out regents letters before all acceptances go out.
When do we expect decisions?
UCSB has not yet announced a decision date. Last year was March 16.
When do the UCs tend to announce dates? A week, 2 weeks, Couple of days before release?
Depends upon the campus and some do not announce a date at all. UCSB announced the March 16th decision date in early February last year.
I attended the webinar on 02/24. They told the decisions will be released on 03/22 after 3 PM; Waitlisted candidates can opt-in by 04/15. Please find below the schedule for the future webinars.

I’m in-state and didn’t get that email either. Thanks @SantaOnCloud and @Leo-Baby
Did they address any concrete steps that they are taking to alleviate the horrendous housing situation?
