hope i get into ucsc it’s my dream school now dammit since i didnt work hard enough in high school. think its 50/50 for me
DID anyone get their decisions yet? East coast maybe?
@candylover132 Why is it your only option? My son only applied to a few Cal States and a few UC’s because we made him. His main desire since he was in ninth grade was to go to school on the East Coast. So he is waiting for his number one choice that he was deferred from, but he has already gotten into three others on the East Coast with one a.very close runner up to his first choice. It will be interesting to see if he should get into UC Santa Cruz to see if this changes his thoughts about going to school on the East Coast.
@Andreq Im only saying that because ppl have chanced me and told me that I really dont have a chance at any other UC maybe SC, R, or M. If you could can you chance me and see? Congrats to your son and best of luck!!
If accepted to UCR, UCSC, UCM, SDSU for economics or business which is better?

@candylover132 Sorry, I don’t know anything about what it takes to tell someone what their chances are. We used an educational consultant so after working with her for 18 months she was able to pick out the schools for my son that he had an interest in that would be his target schools, reach schools, and safe schools. The only three UC schools in this order that she said he had any type of a chance at and that’s even holding our breath and saying a prayer LOL over the last two I’ll say is in this order: UC Merced which he got into but he in no way will go there as it is no way a good fit for him… UC Santa Cruz, and UC Riverside. Those are the only three in that order due to his academics. But the last two the chances are very minuscule.
@Meap433 On that list my son only applied to sdsu and ucsc but I agree with you. I keep questioning whether he should have added less difficult schools but he would have never gone there anyway. My son is set on going oos ( we live in cali) anyway but I’m still interested in the results here.

@JulianL45 Why are you setting your alarm. My son’s notification comes out at 4 AM also. But… The notification will still be there when he wakes up at 6:30… So as he said there’s no reason for him to set his alarm ,” I’ll just look when I wake up. “

Sorry I know you guys already talked about the navigation bar but when I go to navigation > Records and Enrollment there’s a thing that says “UCSC Student Records Processes”. Has that always been there? Am I just being paranoid?
