I applied UCSC as a “fail-safe” school. My top pick is contested between UC Davis (TAG) and UCSB (accepted). That said, SC is a great school regardless and the aid amount I get from this school will definitely put me into a consideration.
Do you know how good BME program is, compared to other UCs’ econ/business programs @jonuni94 ?

@sliceoflife24 I’ve heard some pretty good things about the BME major from others that have graduated with it or are currently at UCSC. The great thing is that it combines Econ with other related business classes. It is a good mixture and balance of Business, but mostly econ.
@jonuni94 I agree. I like the combination of both. Econ and business is like milk and cereal! Or peanut butter and jelly! What am I even saying…

@jonuni94 did you leave your winter and spring grades out of TAU? What’s the situation?
@rileyc21 I did submit a TAU in January and I can remember entering my Winter grades. Now that I check though, it shows IP (in progress) for my Winter grades. I’m still in Spring term so I don’t have grades for that yet.
Anyways, I’ve submitted the grades/classes now through the link they provided in that email. Hopefully it is a good sign that they are reviewing my app now.
