<p>yes it is true…sorta like a UC common app. Just pay $60 for each campus that you are interested in.</p>

<p>And you may know this, but you have to indicate/check each school you want the app sent to. But, yeah, you fill out one app and write the same essays. You just pay for each school …</p>
<p>The UC app is better than the Common App, because nearly all Common app schools have their own supplemental apps with extra essays and stuff required. Stanford’s supplement is just out of control with extra requirements. The UC app, by contrast, is a single app for all the undergrad UCs - with no supplements.</p>
<p>Be careful to get it done before 11/30! Most years the server crashes and kids panic because everybody waits till the last minute. Do yourself a favor and get it done early.</p>
