Stanford-Reach
UCLA/UCB-Slight Reach/High Match
UCSD-High Match/Match
UCI-Safety

For Stanford, without a sob story or some outstanding EC's, your application really wouldn't stand out given your numbers. For UCLA/UCB, you probably stand pretty well, although at this point, your essay WILL matter. For UCSD, more likely than not you're OK. UCI is a safety.

Berkeley/UCLA: slight reach
UCSD: safe match - safety
UCI: safety

There's a larger gap in selectivity between Berkeley/UCLA and UCSD than people would think. UCSD accepts about 90% of those who are in the top 4% of their classes, and since you're top 3%, you should be good there.

Stanford: reach

Your ECs seem to lack passion/focus, which would make Stanford more difficult. I'm not sure what honors/awards you have, but that may change things slightly.
