UC School's SAT and ACT reporting.

Hi all,

I am applying to UCSC and UCSB, I noticed that it says “Check which test(s) you have taken or plan to take:” for the SAT/ACT section. I have taken the ACT and SAT, but my ACT score is slightly better and I plan on only sending my ACT scores.
My question is, do I have to report my SAT scores because I have taken the test even though I do not plan on sending my SAT scores? I don’t want to accidentally break any rules!

If you don’t check SAT and don’t report SAT it will not be a problem. I know students that have done that and been accepted into those schools. UC has no way to know and I don’t think they care
