UC Score Choice and Application

I heard that UC does not allow score choice, so according to UC's score reporting policy, do I have to send in ALL the scores of ALL the subject tests? In other words, regardless of how many times you took the test on the same subject, or took the reasoning test, you have to send in ALL your scores?

I have taken three subject tests in total: Biology M, US History, and Mathematics II.

Also, in the application, there's a section for test scores. I'm wondering if I have to write down ALL of my test scores, since the UCs do not allow score choice, which I believe seems no different from reviewing ALL of the test scores.

(Bump)

Sorry for the early bump. I’m working on the application, and I need to get an answer ASAP.

Yes, UCs require all SAT and SAT II scores – you must not exercise score choice at all. Do what app requests although what you put there will make no difference as they rely on official scores from the College Board. Also, be aware that you need send the scores to only one UC if applying to multiple, others will automatically get them.

So for the application, where it requires you to input your subject test scores, am I not required to input the scores of ALL the subject tests I’ve taken?

To clarify:

I am aware that I have to send in ALL scores for the SAT and Subject Tests according to UC’s score choice policy.

But in the ACTUAL ONLINE APPLICATION, can I only input two out of the three Subject Tests I took?

I would deeply appreciate an answer ASAP

BUMP!! help this guy out ^

I have the same question!

You can just put two if you desire. You are not penalized for not listing scores on app.

can the UCs find out if you use Score Choice?

^i’ve heard that on the collegeboards website, when you officially send your scores, the score choice button is disabled for UC’s.

UCs do NOT like score choice. They hate it with a passion.

Just please don’t be a nut and omit your bad SAT scores. If they find out you did use score choice, say adios to your admissions offers. (They can do that, if you don’t know).

Your high school transcript is likely going to have all your scores on it. Many schools put these “score stickies” on their records, so these scores show up on transcripts.

Not true. You are blatantly wrong.
