Does anyone know if the required 3.0 in your senior year for the UCs is weighted or unweighted?

i would assume weighed, since they consider your weighed gpa for admissions

I hope so, that means I can slack off a lot xP

my regular gpa is a 3.85 and my uc is a 4.12 so i'm sure that means they weigh certain things differently

from what i know, for UCLA and Cal it's unweighted 3.0
and for UCSD and all the other UC's it's weighted 3.0

oy.

i have a 3.0 unweighted right now!

on the border!

another question
is that 3.0 UW for CAL/LA cumulative or just that one semester?

@ papercuts (or anyone), you wouldn't have a link would you?
edit - @ andafterscience, yeah, I meant the weighted UC gpa, since the only C I have to worry about is in an AP class anyways.

getbackupthere - bump

is that 3.0 UW for CAL/LA cumulative or just that one semester?

i think its 3.0 UW cumulative

It's obviously unweighted. Think of all the double-weighted community college classes that people take to inflate their grades. <_<
