<p>I just submitted my app. a few minutes ago.</p>

<p>Sigh...procrastinators. I submitted my app on November 10th...</p>
<p>"they can't screw you. it specifically says apps are due by 11:59 P.M. They didn't say "But submit early because server can sometimes act up" so it's their problem if the app isn't working."</p>
<p>Except that they specifically say "submit early because the website crashes the final night." This happens every year. Last year the problem was something specific, thus the extension.</p>
<p>"ut they just updated it saying "If you were impacted by the Southern California fires, you may be granted an extension to the filing deadline. Details"</p>
<p>Hopefully that means the slow down that were experiencing"</p>
<p>No, that means the people who were actually impacted by the fires, like having their house burn to the ground, will get an extension. Not someone who waited until the last day to turn in their UC app when everyone knows it crashes.</p>
