<p>@someboy the Statewide and Local path have no effect on any of the UC decisions. All it does is guarantee that if you don’t get into the campus of your choice, your application will be placed in a Referral Pool for UC Merced, and you’d get accepted there instead. Although it’s always good to be within the top 9% of your HS or the state because it further proves that you’re above average and UC-qualified.</p>
