<p>I paid the fee by CitiBank credit card and it didnt go through well for some reasons.
So, I got a notification from UC by mail that I need to send them a check.
I sent them a check some months ago, but the money is still in my account :(
Does anyone have same problem?</p>
<p>I suggest that you call them to make sure that it is paid so your application will not be delayed.</p>
