UC TAG Question

My community college offers a free course for which you have to sign up like any regular class it is called "Supervised Tutoring" it is not worth any units and you do not receive a grade for it, but it does show up on the online transcript. I am wondering do I need to report that on the UC Tag application? If yes, what do I enter for the grade received/units worth?

Thank you for your help!

I think if it shows up then you should go ahead and do it

Thanks for the reply.

If I should post it on the application, then what should I put for the grade and the units worth? It really doesn’t give an option for these kind of “courses” and I can’t just add it without putting a grade for it, it requires you to put a grade and units worth for each course.

ouch hmmm…maybe go see a counselor? :/

I would think that it is regarded as a pass/no pass class, but if it is not transferable, can’t you just leave it off?

As long as it comes up in your transcript whether it’s a pass/no pass class or a regular class with grade distributions, you MUST report it.

If it’s on your transcript, you need to report it.

The online system accepts ‘0’ in the ‘units’ field of the form, and I assume you’d just say that the grade is P/CR. You should probably ask a counselor if you can, though.
