UC to UC transfer advice

Hi everyone, I’m a current UCSC Freshman, and I’m looking for advice on transferring. I am definitely going in with an open mind and I would be fine with staying at Santa Cruz for all 4 years, but I would like to try to see if I can transfer and go down south.
I am aiming for UCLA, UCSD, and UCI and if things don't work out, its completely fine too I am glad to be at a great UC anyways.
Is it possible to transfer in one year and how do people even do that? With a lot of AP credits to start out with? If someone was able to do that, would they only spend 2 years at the university they transferred to?
Would contacting a UCI/SD/LA advisor be the best course of action or would there be people at UCSC to help me out with the process?
I am also taking 15/17 units (CHEM1A, CALCULUS for science and engineering, and ENGLISH, and most likely a 2 unit UCSC GE requirement course) this fall quarter.
I have taken some APs [Psychology(4), Statistics(4), APUSH(4), Biology(4), Microeconomics(4)] so I dont know how many units I will receive for this. I am thinking about maybe majoring in computer science or business.
