<p>Hello Everyone!!! I just finished my first year at UCR and want to transfer to UCLA, UCB, UCSD or a California private university like USC. I am an undeclared major at this point with 63 units and a 3.9 gpa. I have completed mostly breath requirements and was hoping to get some input on my hopes to transfer.
