<p>Its not impossible at all. However, Cal is the most difficult to transfer to, as not only are they the most competitive UC, but they are the only UC that actively discourages intercampus transfer.</p>
<p>Yes it’s possible. Two of my suitemates here at UCLA were transfers from UCSB, although I’ve never asked them if they were accepted at Cal.</p>
