anyone planning to start on them soon?

Wow I give you props if you're already starting them! I wrote my essays the weekend I did the rest of my application.I reread my essays a couple dozen times, but did not get that huge of a jump on them.

allena, i am thinking about it, doesn't mean i started it. LOL.

I might be in trouble about w/ the first one b/c i a chem major and never worked in that field. My reason for majoring in chem is getting a BS to apply to Pharm school. That reason is not very appealing and not what UCLA is looking for. Therefore i will have some "creative writing" to do.

I work 30 hrs a week in health care, so i need to find a good way describe the rigors of going to school and working this much.

The biggest reason is i will be borderline 3.58+ fall GPA hoping to get into UCLA and not having all my Prereqs done. Although the UCLA rep told me it's ok not to have physics done.

so, i think essays will play a big part in my admissions and i have to nail this portion of the app.

I am also not a very good writer to start. :(

I've started my essays for UC's/CSU's/LAC's already (Five essays that I have to write.....but I enjoy writing, so it won't be as intimidating as it sounds to some. I'll post them when I'm finished so you can see them.
