In the colleges attended section, what are we supposed to put for “During what dates did you attend this college?” Do I fill in the end date as Nov 2016 for when I turn in the app, June 2017 in case I do get accepted, or the regular date, June 2019? Thanks.

Theoretically, a four year student could stay at their current institution, but your application to transfer to evidence that you have no intention of staying where you are. You also intended to study there in the Spring so you would not put Nov 2016.
