<p>hi, i called the UCSD transfer student office this morning. I was somewhat incoherent since it's early for me. Anyway, I asked them nicely when I can expect to receive a decision from them and they said as soon as possible...just keep checking. I asked if it'd be out by this week (as transfer admit day is next weekend). She said yes. Hope this helps.</p>

<p>Yeah, they've finally changed the message on their notification page to acknowledge the delay. Their new date is May 6.</p>
<p>my admission to ucsd is delayed...here is what they say:</p>
<p>Transfer admission decisions have been delayed. Decisions will be available by May 6. We apologize for the delay. Please check this site at that time for the status of your application.</p>
