<p>I received this e-mail a few days ago:</p>

<p>Dear Transfer Applicant, </p>

<p>Thank you for applying to the University of California for the fall 2011 term. This is the final request for additional information as we review your application. Our records show that you have not responded to the previous notification. (If you have submitted your Transfer Academic Update within the last 3-4 days please ignore this message.) We need the following information to complete the review:
• An updated list of your fall 2010 courses with all associated grades
• A list of any additional coursework in progress or planned through summer 2011</p>

<p>But I submitted my information twice, and MyBerkeleyApp's last box is checked off as "received". Should I be worried?</p>

<p>Yes. I think you should call UCB to make sure they’ve received it.</p>

<p>You are fine. It should say the date last updated when you check your UC application. Also it shows that UCB received it because the box is checked.</p>
