UC Transfer

Wondering what my chances are for getting into UC Berkeley or UCLA considering:

Transferring from California Community College (California Resident)
3.54 GPA w/ 65 units
Media Studies/Communication major
Graduated HS in 2007
Worked throughout high school and college
Had an internship at a huge action sports media company
in the Communications Club
Volunteered as a reading tutor, for a political party, and on a political campaign

That's all I can think of for now. I am going crazy writing the best possible personal statement but just wondering what you guys think my chances are... be honest!

UCLA Communications is extremely competitive/selective. My daughter is a Senior communications major at UCLA. She had to apply to the major as a sophomore once she was there (you cannot enter as a freshman comm. major) She had a 3.9 GPA and got into the program, others with a UCLA GPA of 3.7 did not get in. Definitely apply, give it your best shot. But please find a couple safety schools in case it doesn’t work out.
