Do UC transfer applicants have to graduate high school or get a GED to be elligible to transfer?

The UC website says nothing about it, though I'm reluctant to say I'm certain it isn't a requirement.

It isn't a requirement.

you can take the GED or CHPSE...i took the CHPSE and enter college at 16..and now i will be transfering as a junior at 18 =)...

I never graduated high school, my grades were so bad that I just dropped out and went to CC. I transferred to UCLA after two years. On the application, all they ask is what high school you attended and date of graduation . . . I left it blank, and they never asked about it. I know two other UCLA students who also transferred without graduating high school . . . so it truly doesn't matter!
