When you guys submitted your original applications, and as you're updating your application now, are you typing in the abbreviations of your classes or the full name? For example,

My school lists my religious studies class as...

REL S 100 HONORS:EURO REL DIVERSITY

Should I type it that way or...

RELIGIOUS STUDIES 100 HONORS: EUROPEAN RELIGIOUS DIVERSITY

The boxes are so small that I went with the first way when I did the original application... but I'm wondering if that wasn't right.

Any help would be amazing! Thank you

I looked at the “example” and saw that I should abbreviate the department names, but I’m still hesitant about the course title… I’m assuming I should because the abbreviations are all pretty obvious.

I have a second question though, are you guys checking the box for “I have no coursework” for Summer 2010? Assuming that you’re not taking classes summer 2010 that is.

I asked the Berkeley rep this question today. She said it didn’t matter. I personally used abbreviations because I figured we should write what is on the transcript. I’m sure they have a catalog of classes if they are unsure what the class is.
