Does anyone have an experience in a UC and an LAC? Im interested in either bio, psych, or neuroscience and am looking to follow a premed track. would it be more worthwhile for me to attend a UC (UCLA, cal, or San D) and be “just a number”, scramble to find research opportunities, and have a harder time registering for classes but have a chance of getting a higher GPA OR attend an LAC (Reed) and have closer attention, smaller classes, and closer connections with professors but face the reality of an extremely low GPA.
i would be open to either scenario; i just want to know which one would be more beneficial.
(my stats are good enough for any UC and Reed, more than likely)
