<p>Does anyone have experience with the "UC W-4"? I was given this by a payroll office on campus with no explanation and no instructions. I can't even tell if its related to California or to the federal W-4. I have only a vague idea of how to fill it out. </p>
<p>My UC's financial aid office was also vague about my work study. All I know is that I was awarded work study for the 2011-2012 year, with no amount allotted to me. When I asked the office how much work study I was awarded, I was told "there's no set number...it depends".</p>
