People who have had experience:

I'm holding a place in the USA university and I know i can apply to universities in the UK while doing so...so should I tell UCAS I'm holding a place in the USA or better off to keep it a secret?

I am going to ask my former teacher to write a reference as I am not taking any current classes at the university obviously. How will this teacher talk about my predicted exam results when I am not taking their class anymore? I have a few more exams to take...how am I supposed to show my predicted results on UCAS if my teacher cannot do it?

My referee is an English teacher...how can she possibly predict my Chemistry, Biology and Maths 2 sat subject test scores? Or is it best for me to write down what I think I got under the "Qualifications" section even if I have not received my scores yet?

Should I just tell my referee to state they do not predict scores in the USA? My referee is a teacher from Year 12 ( so last year) but I'm thinking about getting a biology teacher to refer me but i took her class 2 and a half years ago....Should it be a recent teacher who refers me?
