ok, so i got 5 questions about the transfer admission requirements to uc berkeley college of letters and science:

do i have to finish the seven-course breadth before i transfer, or am i allowed to finish them after transferring?

since i have taken 3 years of foreign language in high school and have fulfilled the foreign language general requirements, do i get any units or credits for that?

since i got more than a 600 on the math section of the SAT reasoning test and have fulfilled the quantitative reasoning general requirements, do i get any units or credits for that?

since my major is mcb and physics, although not required, is recommended, does taking it really increase my chances of admission into ucb?

since my major is mcb, assist.org says something about mcb having 5 emphases and 2 tracks…what does that mean?

thanks a lot guys

before

nope

nope

youo should take it because you’ll have to take it at berkeley anyways so you might as well take it as CCC since its cheaper and possibly easier.
The Molecular & Cell Biology major has five emphases. Two of these, Biochemistry
and Molecular Biology and Immunology, have two tracks to choose from. The
lower-division requirements are the same for all major emphases except Track 2
of Biochemistry & Molecular Biology.

i think what is said on assist.org is pretty self-explanatory. there are multiple concentrations which you can emphasize within MCB and in one of these emphases there are 2 tracks which are subconcentrations:
