<p>I have heard that it is harder to get into the College of Engineering at UC Berkeley than the College of Letters & Science. If you apply for the College of Engineering and are rejected, are you put into the pool for the College of Letters & Science? I know that they do this at UCSB. Do they do this at Berkeley?</p>
