Hi, guys.

I’m really confusing between those two.

I really love Los Angeles!! but some of my friend told me I should go to

UCB because the reputation is better.

I’m planning to have Accounting minor if I go to UCLA because Econ major

is not really enough to get a job(I heard Biz Econ is almost the same with

Econ). However, USB doesn’t offer Accounting minor.

Which school is better to get a job??

UCLA - Biz-Econ major with Accounting minor

UCB - Econ major

Also, how is the circumstance of Berkeley??

NYU Stern Econ will land you a better job
both are going to be exceptionally well.

ucb has accounting classes too… but you wont get a minor or major for it =)

I would think that the school that will allow you to have a more well rounded degree should be more advantageous… Both schools are highly prestigious. It’s not as if you are short changing yourself by choosing UCLA.

economics, business, accounting > just economics

UCLA.. the name sounds so much more alluring than UCB…

say it to yourself… UCLA… (shiver)

UCB… (bleh)

i disagree :)

berkeley. pure awesome.

It’s not about what major you choose. It’s how productive you are in college. Internships will definitely land you a job.
